pkjo Terms and Conditions Complete Rules for Platform Use

General Introduction

Participating in online gaming activities must be lawful for you under the laws of your place of residence.
You must confirm that you have not placed yourself on any gambling exclusion list.
Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.

pkjo may request appropriate identification to verify age in cases of suspicion. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The terms related to financial transactions on the pkjo platform are set out below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.

Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.

Deposits via third parties are not accepted and such deposits will be returned.

Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.

pkjo reserves the right to review any transaction in cases of suspicious activity. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

pkjo offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to the following general conditions:

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawal, the combined amount of the initial deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x wagering requirement).
A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless pkjo explicitly approves it.
pkjo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited from the relevant account.

The specific terms of each promotion are published separately. In the event of a conflict with the general terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

pkjo is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive activity.

Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.

Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

Colluding or coordinating secretly with other users during play.

Exploiting any system error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.

Spreading false information or claims in the name of pkjo.

If any of the above activities are proven, pkjo reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account without notice and to take legal action where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

pkjo may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of the Terms.
Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
Suspicious or unusual gaming activity.
Extended inactivity on the account.
Account closure at the user's own request.
Voluntary self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal before the account is closed, however active bonuses will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

pkjo strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service on its platform. However, pkjo's liability is limited in the following areas:

If a game is disrupted due to technical issues, server outages, or loss of internet connection.
For delays or losses caused by errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
For unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to maintain security.
For any event beyond pkjo's control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or power outages.

pkjo is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special damages. For direct damages, pkjo's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
